I thank you so very much from the depth of my heart
with the dispatch you handled the problem with my receiver.
Mr. Mohamed Hammoud in Nigeria is great. He resolved the problem by updating the receiver within minutes just as said in your mail.
I am presently using the receiver as I am writing this mail
It now accommodates four satellite inputs with the same DiSEqC switch.
You guys are great. Just keep up the good work.

It is my singular appreciation to you and the strong Zambia team esp at Northmead branch,for their support to the problem I had with SRT 3741.
