Just a short note to extend my gratitude to one of your Customer Service members, Amee, who diligently assisted me with a problem I had sourcing a remote control for one of your products. Her attention to my request was met with friendly applomb. Having come from a customer service / sales background, I know all too well how difficult it can be to garner positive feedback. I also know how quick clients are to complain when service is not to a certain standard. I have dealt with both your customer service and technical service departments ( a special mention to Gavin), and have had nothing less than professional service and attention.
